Juice from fresh fruit and Kumquat
Introduction
Start your day by drinking a juice with many nutritional properties and high nutritional value! Pomegranate, orange and strawberry encounter kum quat and offer us a stronger dose of antioxidants, fibre and vitamins!
Ingredients
- 2 pomegranates
- 1 sweet orange (blood orange)
- 3 -4 strawberries
- Kumquat zest
- Mint leaves
- Crushed ice
- Sugar (optional) or ready syrup (one to one, 50g water 50g sugar boiled).TIP: Turn juice into a smoothie, adding 3 tablespoons of strained yogurt!
Method
- Wash the fruit well, squeeze the juice from pomegranates and oranges, mash the strawberries and add kum quat zest.
- In a blender or shaker, mix the ingredients.
- Add crushed ice and mint leaves in the glass and finally the juice!
