You have the right to return products purchased, without penalty and without being obliged to let us know the reason you wish to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. In that case you are only charged for the direct cost of returning the goods.Please note that refunds are accepted only if it satisfies the following conditions:

- The product should be packed securely to avoid damage.
- The product should be in the situation to you and should not make any further use of further testing.
- We send the goods via companies: SPEEDEX Courier.
Please make sure the packaging of the parcel to be safe so as not to cause any damage during transportation.
Please be advised that our company is not responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping back.
In case of refund, the refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods and if the respective wear of the product is ascertained. Please be advised that our company accepts no responsibility for damage and wear fortunes of products after use and in no case shall a replacement.
For the replacement and repair of all kinds of products, competent is only the delegation itself. To better serve our customers, our company undertakes the transportation and delivery to repair products to and from each delegation. In this case the shipping costs charged to our customers.
