Its spicy taste fits exceptionally with distillates such as tsipouro, ouzo, grappa, brandy. Can be added perfectly as an ingredient in green salads or combined with soft goat cheese and cold cuts.
Traditional Corfiot dish made from a paste of dried figs, marinated in red wine, and flavored with Ouzo LAZARIS, anise, fennel seeds, and black pepper. With respect to the traditional recipe, we replaced ouzo with Lazaris Kumquat liqueur, or with brandy and chocolate.
The products are produced in facilities that handle eggs, nuts, and sesame.
