You have the right to return products purchased, without penalty and without being obliged to let us know the reason you wish to return the product within fourteen (14) days from the date you receive them. In that case you are only charged for the direct cost of returning the goods.Please note that refunds are accepted only if it satisfies the following conditions:

- the product must be in the condition you receive it and must not have been used beyond opening the package you received from the courier..
- We send the goods via companies: SPEEDEX Courier.
Please make sure the packaging of the parcel to be safe so as not to cause any damage during transportation.
Please be advised that our company is not responsible for loss or damage to the product during shipping back.
In case of refund, the refund will be completed within fourteen (14) days of receipt of goods and if the respective wear of the product is ascertained. Please be advised that our company accepts no responsibility for damage and wear fortunes of products after use and in no case shall a replacement.
For the replacement and any form of repair of third-party products, only the official respective dealership of the product itself is responsible. For the best service to our customers, our company undertakes the transport and receipt for repair of third-party products to and from the respective dealership. In this case, the shipping costs are borne by the customer.
